I´ve tried to translate this song. If anyone sees any correction, please post...
Söz - Müzik: Burcu Güneş
Uzağına Düştüm – I’ve Fallen Apart From You
Bu son çağrım, duyacağın en son ses – This is my last call, the last you’ll hear of my voice
Benden sana son ışık, parçalanmadan gel – My last gleam to you, take it apart
Günah bende, nasıl sevdim seni böyle? – The sin is mine, how could I have loved you like this?
Anlamak mümkün değil, yok oldun şaka gibi - Impossible to understand, you haven’t become a joke
Kaçsanda ben burdayım, başım dik ayaktayım - ???
Bu sonu sen hazırladın – This ending you arranged
Gözüm arkada kalmadı, hiç bu defa – My eyes stayed behind, not this time
Uzağına düştüm, ben sana küstüm – I’ve fallen apart from you, I’m upset with you
Gidiyorum gözünaydın – Congratulations, I’m leaving
İçime ata ata nasıl üzgün - ???

Bu son çağrım, duyacağın en son ses – This is my last call, the last voice you will hear
Benden sana son ışık, parçalanmadan gel – My last gleam to you, come without falling apart
Günah bende, nasıl sevdim seni böyle? – The sin is mine, how could I have loved you like this?
Anlamak mümkün değil, yok oldun şaka gibi - Impossible to understand, you are gone, this has to be a joke.
Kaçsan da ben burdayım, başım dik ayaktayım - Even if you escape, I´m here, keeping my head up
Bu sonu sen hazırladın – You had it coming
Gözüm arkada kalmadı, hiç bu defa – I have no regrets (gözü arkada kalmamak), not this time
Uzağına düştüm, ben sana küstüm – I’ve fallen apart from you, I’m upset with you
Gidiyorum gözünaydın – Congratulations, I’m leaving
İçime ata ata nasıl üzgün - Keeping my sorrows inside(içine atmak), sadly..

Kaçsan da ben burdayım,
there are differences about additional -de, -da and seperated de and da. so, how can we understand the difference? it is so easy, if sentence´s meaning is not lost when you cut out -de and -da (same as -ki or ki) it is seperated but if sentence´s meaning is lost it is an addition.

Thanks so much. 2 things I´m still stuck on.
How does şaka gibi become this has to be a joke?
Bu sonu sen hazırladın – You had it coming
Is this an expression? I thought hazırlamak was to prepare or arrange, meaning the guy wanted this to happen.

Well, I´ve added my interpretation to it, of course.
şaka gibi literally means it´s like a joke, and it´s the equivalent of the expressions, "you gotta be kidding me", "this is unreal" or "this has to be a joke", in English. I´m not sure if "it´s like a joke" is a common expression in English, could be.
Bu sonu sen hazırladın=You prepared this ending. Yes, this is an expression. It means you are responsible for this (bad consequence). Relate it to the song, it says "I´m leaving, congrats." in other words, "you deserved this", "you had this coming". Another expression like this is "kendi sonunu hazırlamak" which means to do something(bad) to yourself, or to dig yourself into a hole.
