Hello,

What does "Ben olmasam ne hanedan kalırdı ne devlet kalırdı" mean?

Teşekkürler!

My try

I´m thinking it maybe should ben "Ben olmazsam" and it would mean something like

"If it weren´t for me/Without me, what would be left of this dynasty/house/family, this state?"

No need to insert z there. It already gives the meaning in your translation without it. It´s an hypothetical condition.

When you add z there, you should drop  -dı suffixes:

Ben olmazsam ne hanedan kalır ne devlet kalır. (real condition)
