Merhaba,

Off to Turkey again in September and would like to know the name of our room cleaner from day one. They provide brilliant service and knowing someone´s name is very helpful.

I think Room Cleaner or Chambermaid is translated as Oda hizmetçisi

Usually if using the pronoun ´Our´ that would then become Oda hizmetçisimiz but just after some clarification.

So to ask the name of our cleaner would that be

Oda hizmetçisimiz, Onun adı ne ?

Yardımlarınız için teşekkürler.
