Hi friends i was trying to translate this phrase but it is impossible to me. Though i know all the words that that phrase has i cannot understand what means. Would you help me to analize every word, that will be very useful for me.

"Dünyayı versen neye yarar sen yoksan yolları neyleyim seni getirmiyorsa"

Hello there, this phrase would be hard to understand because it´s very poetic and contains what I´d call advanced grammar. The phrase can be translated as following:

"What would it be for if you gave me the world when you´re not here, what do I do with roads if they don´t bring you to me"

Probably what confused you was the word "neyleyim" which does not mean "with what am I?" but instead is a contraction of "ne eyleyeyim?" which means "what do I do?". If you don´t know, "eylemek" means "to do" and is used with specific words as an auxiliary verb.

The sentence would be better if it was structured as following:

"Dünyayı versen neye yarar sen yoksan

Yolları neyleyim seni getirmiyorsa"

Hmm, let´s see.

Original:

"Dünyayı versen neye yarar sen yoksan yolları neyleyim seni getirmiyorsa"

Alternative:

"Dünyayı bana versen sen olmadıkça ne anlamı olur

Yollarla ne yapayım bu yollar seni bana getirmiyorsa"

Does it make it any clearer?
