Very young kids often learn by watching children´s cartoons, mimicking songs, or repeating what they hear from adults. When I was learning Turkish, one local library had dual language Turkish/English children´s books and videos. They were a very useful learning tool. If you know someone who is Turkish, maybe you can get them to translate one of your children´s favourite story books to Turkish. Unfortunately you would also need someone to read it to them in Turkish so that they can hear the language spoken. If you have links to a local Turkish community in your country, they may also have language classes for younger people.
The TRT Children´s TV Channel may also be useful once they have a reasonable grasp of the language.

Good luck with your endeavours, youngsters always learn languages easier than adults.
