The 4 best books I have used are:

Take Away Turkish by Mixon & Döven (Boyut Publishing) + CD

Teach Yourself Turkish by Pollard & Pollard + CD

Turkish An Essential Grammar by Göksel & Kerslake (Routledge)

I Study Turkish by Myself by Hakan Yilmaz (Dilmer)

It would help to have a book in your native language.

http://www.dilmer.com/en/turkish-course/12-publications

Dilmer publishes some books in Greek, Arabic, German, English etc.

Maybe your native language is covered.
