its incredibly frustrating not to be able to explain my favorite works to new turkish friends and i feel bad that they miss on texts from every language in the world translated into english. the original text is french. if if anyone wants to take a crack into turkish you will forever have my admiration and debt:
the objective illusion is the physical fact that in this universe no
things coexist in real time-not sexes, stars, this glass, this table,
or myself and all that surrounds me. by the fact of disposal and the
relative speed of light, all things exist only in a recorded version,
in an unutterable disorder of time-scales, at an inescapable distance
from each other. and they are never truly present to each other, nor
are they, therefore, 'real' for each other.

First of all, I would like to express my admiration for these beautiful words of wisdom. They truly make you ponder reality. It was a bit of a challenge to translate them into Turkish, I had to think of phrases and words I have not thought of in 7 years, but I think I was able to pull it off. If anyone disagrees, please do correct my translation ^_^

erem, since you have multimedia, here is a frank o'hara poem recently narrated by a dear frind as a thanks:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFSfioKKIls

the rest of the passage is as follows:
the illusion of time is the same order. it is the objective fact that you are never entirely there at the particular moment, and that integral presence is only ever virtual.

velocity and the position of a particle is part of the illusion of the object and its perpetual play. it isnt just in physics that it is impossible to calculate the momentum and position of a particle simultaneously. uncertainty has filtered into all areas of life.

as i mentioned before, i am in your debt. for everyone sending me questions, i am an artist pensive over a breakup. im out of the occupied side of the island, and getting some very nasty looks for studying turkish on the greek cypriot side. the politics here are heartbreaking.

Is it ok to have the french version?

I know it's really heartbreaking to see that. I don't want to loose my friends that i care and love regardless which nation they are from over such resentment in political issues-the worst! At times i wonder what's the cause and source of the chaos that made neighbours and love ones drifted apart- just because their homes were in in the middle of the boundary, wrong side of the ground, the language & beliefs? To think that we elected these politicians! Why no transparencies in governments?

Hugs mcl ... Look on the bright side! You have us... Even though what you seen across your monitor screen are alphabets and digits, they form words & sentences with feelings in them.

Zaman ilizyonu ayni duzendir. Tarafsiz faktor, hic birseyin hic bir zaman, belirli bir vakitte bir yerde bulunmadigi, ve o varligin sadece sanal oldugu dogruluktur.

Surat ve zerrenin pozisyonu, o nesnenin kalici faaliyetlerinin ve ilizyonunun bir parcasidir. Bir parcanin ayni anda pozisyonunu ve hizini olcmek sadece, tek olarak Fizik'te imkansiz degildir. Belirsizlik yasamin her noktasina suzulmustur.

Here's the second one you posted translated for you Enjoy!
