what does this mean- i know seni seviyorum is i love you but whats seni seviyormuş

Seni seviyor = He/she/it loves you (first hand information)
Seni seviyormuş = rumour is, h/s/i loves you (second hand information)

The love in the second sentence can be NOW or in the PAST; in both cases, the speaker's knowledge is based on hearsay.
