My brother has new lady who lives in Dalaman she is spending her time in Istanbul and he wants to see her, she has asked if he could stay there with her for some months to see how things workout, he is now an English citizen and although Russian like myself wonders how he can do this. I am not very keen for him to go there as our jobs here in England are much more secure, advice please
