How is it fair for a mod to delete criticisms about themselves, but leave in their posts criticising others?

This is so childish!

What argument are you talking about? foam calling me names is an argument? such posts are always deleted. I never deleted people's criticisms of me!

The difference was, I was not calling him names too, and asking for my posts to stay.
