Can anyone advise the best way from Sabiha Gökçen airport to Ataturk airport in Istanbul? How long does it take, cost etc?

I've never done it before, no idea how long it takes. But it won't be a short trip, since the first one is on the Asian side 30 km south of Haydarpaşa train station and the other on the European side, 23km west of the city center. I'd suggest to take the Havaş shuttle service from Sabiha Gökçen to Taksim. In Taksim there's a Havaş bus departing for Atatürk Airport. You might want to check this website about transportation in Istanbul.
On the Havaş site you'll find more info on itineraries and schedules.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport is a bit away from the center of İstanbul.It might cost you a lot money cos you need to taka a taxi from Airport.You had better fly to Atatürk Airport...
