Tomato "sauce"?

Well it is Sunday - we are allowed! I dont want to get fat though

Elisa,

I strongly recommend you "Antep Ezmesi", which comes to mind when called ezme. I found one recipe of it, so that you could prepare it and serve us.

Antep Ezme

Malzemeler:

250 gr domates salçası,
2 baş soğan,
3 diş sarmısak,
yarım demet maydonoz,
3 adet yeşil sivri biber,
2 tatlı kaşığı pul biber,
1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber, tuz

Hazırlanışı:

Soğanı robotta kıy, suyunu al, daha sonra maydonozu, sarmısağı, biberi de robotta kıyıp salçanın içine ekle. Hepsini karıştırdıktan sonra baharatları ekle.


Mmmmmm!... Hem de acılı! Delicious!..

Hadi, yap da yiyek! Şimdiden ellerine sağlık!

You can also add some chilli flakes and salt if you like.



Or even add a bit of chopped basil, but then that makes it more Italian - but who minds if it tastes good
