They both dont have same meaning.

Ayakkabılarımı çıkardım. Eğer ben ayakkabılarımı çıkarıyorsam

Ayakkabılarını çıkarttım. Eğer ben birinin ayakkabılarını çıkarmasını istediysem.

Ayakkabılarını çıkarttırdım. Eğer 3. birinden diğerinin ayakkabılarını çıkarmasını istediysem.

I hope it doesnt make more confusion
