Ive recived on my phone a message in turkish with privet phone nomber.As I know you can call with privet nomber but you can't send message.Is it possible to send sms with privet nomber using AVEA or Turkcel services?thank you for any replay

as long as i know, only Vodafone provides that private messaging service..

I have never heard this but you may do it by some websites such as Smscity. You have to be a member and verify your mobile phone number. Then, you can send some anyonymous smses.

when i was in turkey i got private call daily and no one is talking .... so how this function work ...???

Some ISPs can provide that service. This might be either Cell Operator independent or contractual service. For example , you can send some advertorial text messages onto cell phones through a program. By this program, sender's caller id will appear as a firm name. Also you can find some demo programs on the net which makes appear sender's caller id as restricted number.

On your cell phone keypad, press #31# before the telephone number. This combination hides the caller id.
