benim bir sorum var .. kafam karıştı gerçekten 

sırada / zaman

mesela :

alışveriş için çıkacağım sırada telefon çaldı 

bu cümlede çıkacağımda / zaman olmaz mı ? neden ?

"sırada" in that case "about to"

alışveriş için çıkacağım sırada telefon çaldı  ---> The phone rang while I was about to going out for shopping.

da / dığı zaman is  just "when" ;

mm but in english we can say ...

I was just going out for shopping when the phone rang .  

o zaman turkçede nasıl oluyor ?

Then you can use "dığı sırada" as "when" ;

Telefon çaldığı sırada [esnada] tam da alışveriş yapmaya çıkacaktım.[çıkıyordum]

from your replay I understood that : 

sırada means about to sometimes and when sometimes

and -dığı zaman means when also

size bir zahmet yani .. şimdi ben onlar arasında nasıl fark edeceğım

yanı .. is there a places we put sırada as when and dığı zaman and this refers to the sentence or they are the same ?

You can´t say "kolay gelsiniz" It must be "kolay gelsin" Because it means literally "may it come easy". So you see it is third person. But if you say " kolay gelsiniz" it is second person plural.
