how to improve speaking or listening ability in turkish?

What I do to improve my listening ability in Turkish -> watch turkish series. 

And I watch it with subtitles (i prefer dutch subtitles), just a doublecheck for myself like: "did I really understand what they were talking about?"  It really helps a lot and the good thing about it, is that you hear the same words/sentences a lot, so it´s easier to remember.. Good luck!
