Quoting si++

Yes sure!

The thing is that "Turks will not be obliged to take the courses, but they may still choose to enrol."

Hm... I don´t think that will happen The last time I took the final test of that course I barely passed! They need to reform the course, that way nobody will complain about it and there wouldn´t have even been a courtcase demanding that Turkish people don´t need to take it.

Well, you can´t judge a person tips on a single case. Famous for having left a 0 dollar tip...well, maybe the service was bad. I usually tip 10% as is usual in The Netherlands. But I once had to wait one and a half hour for my dinner, and when it finally arrived it was cold. I had to spend the whole evening with one drink, since the waiter didn´t come by to take any more orders. Ofcourse I didn´t leave a tip that day!

Quoting lemon

You have just blasphemed against God.

Barbie, you cant live without me. Unless you prove me wrong.

Hm, with you being all-knowing and with you being God (which you claim, since I can´t live without you) you have a hard time getting my name right!

Back to the topic. Did I understand the article correct that the Turkish government "allows" these sporadic sessions in the church? Why not every week?

Cram 20 people in a room that´s 2 by 2 meter with one toilet and one sandwich, and you´ll understand the concept of human overcrowding. It is possible.

I think the integration course needs to be changed, but that everybody, even EU citizens should pass it. It´s very usefull to learn something about Dutch rules and regulations, Dutch culture and the basic of the Dutch language if you live in Holland.

Only advice I can give is DO go to the police. Even if you think you got your point across. If you are one of the lucky ones who can get away from an attacker, or knee him in the groin or whatever, it doesn´t mean you are the first to get away, or the first who was attacked. After a groin-recovery the perv is back in the game. The struggle is part of the attraction. Go to the police, and there is a chance he (or she) will be stopped.

Poor people? Right... So angry about being unemployed, being a victim, that you break down a shop of somebody who works 12 hours a day, 7 days a week to make a living. This is not a problem of poverty of jobs or money, this is a problem of poverty of parental supervision. The average age of the rioters is very young. You see faces clearly on tv, where are the parents of these kids?! The only right reaction that I´ve heard is of a mother who saw her son rioting on tv, and bringing him to the police station herself. Would have been better if he wasn´t on the streets in the first place...

What about movies? What about books? What about songs? What about those dramatic Turkish love songs where people cry and sing about how they will die without the other person, how they have no life now that they are alone. How many suicides and murders have these caused? Come on... It is NOT a good thing that video games with violence have been banned. Let´s go back to the real killer...a lack of socialisation and raging racism.
