Do you say "green fingers" in turkish when someone is good at gardening or is there another phase you would use?

We don´t say "green fingers", but it could be bahçıvanlıkta iyi(good at gardening), bahçıvanlıkta usta(a master in gardening).

Normalde bir daldan sadece üç çiçek alırsın. Annen çok iyi başarmış. Bahçıvanlıkta usta olmalı.
