I do like to read Perihan Maðden because of her style of writing and her smart  sarcasms.  But I dont believe someone if just say something without evidence. I do think Perihan maðden naively said this number  But this is just an huge and blind exagaration as I explained in my previous post.

I know you do your hate propaganda So this is not responds to you I just want to inform people who dont know much about Turkey.

according to 2007 votes, less than 1.5 million people voted for DTP (which is a political party with full of "Zana" kind people. they wont declare pkk is a terrorist organization. We can say that "at least they are sympathise with it". )   I dont believe all of these people voted for them because of that DTP is related to pkk. and "attributing them with ready to die for pkk" would be just a huge (and ignorant) exaggeration for most of them. BUT lets accept this imputation and assume that they are all ready to die for pkk (or for öcalan "the baby killer"). if we assume +1 million for under 18 years old who cant vote (even with babies included)  that equals to 2.5 million people. (for the record Kurdish population more than 15 million) They totally 2.5 million Turkey has 70 million (approx.)

I have few words for pkk supporters: if you think your whining in everywhere will force Turkey to step back, you can continue dreaming. if you think Turkey´s endurance  eventually will break down and have to agreement with pkk you can continue dreaming.  if you think death tolls of turk and kurd soldiers will eventually force Turkey to an agreement you can continue dreaming. You should know that there are lots of people ready to die for Turkey, they say "VATAN SAÐOLSUN".

Probably not in the near future. one of the reason is Because I read from Turkish newspapers in Turkish and I am not able to translate properly turkish to english. I dont read Turkish news sites in english because they are not satisfied. they publish old news that happened two week before. and those news are not overall about the subject.
second reason is I am not full time member of this site. I only come this site if a homework submitted.
third reason we are not in a propaganda race. if I would post news or stories, I would be balanced. I would post facts mostly. I wouldnt repeat minor stories to avoid a major one.

I dont feel offended from this news. I actually condemn them. But I feel offended if Trudy or you post always bad news from turkey. as if this is all about Turkey. There are many kind of propaganda. one of them is "only mentioning about bad part of the subject" that will cause eventually be image of the subject.

You can believe that what you say, that is why I reply to you. But here is not a place that these accusations or problems gonna solve. That is why Your posts serve nothing but negative propaganda.
Actually what I see in your posts most of "opinions" with few of "facts". So you complain about government or army propaganda but you are in another side of propaganda which can call briefly "foreign propaganda". I hear from you exactly what I hear from foreign sources. if it is not utter truth, your views are not original as well and they are suspected. So do not accuse people being a side of the propaganda because you are in another side of the propaganda.

I can justify you at some points. will it comfort you?

What was the purpose of these posts and what is your purpose posting such things? 1) You want to educate or inform turkish members of this site? or 2) you want to educate or enlight foreigner members of this site? if the 1)st one, it seems pointless because there are not much Turkish member (and YOU should ask yourself why is it? is it because of many irksome prejudiced posts about turks? or should I say "enlighten" posts). if the 2)nd one, it seems it has a point, because if foreigners know how turks are racists, may preserve themselves from our racism. maybe there should be a sticky topic as a warning, like, becareful to turks because they are racists. it could be useful.  will give you free time that you can spend for another things.

your posts serve nothing but a negative propaganda. if you are well intentioned go and discuss these in a turkish site with turks. they may change their ideas and stop being racist as you say or you may change your idea and stop accusing turks as racist.
