 Thanks armegon , and yes he very clearly touched the ball twice with his hand, the second time actually controlling it, catching it so it wouldnt go out of play, this was immediately following two offsides!!  he says he told the ref he handled the ball, but he was very obviously lying as he was too busy celebrating behind the goal to do so!  Anyway UEFA and FIFA only want the big countries to go through, not Ireland, and they got their wish..... by whatever means..... blind/bought ref???
