Common one!

Happy new year! --> Yeni yilin (yiliniz) kutlu olsun!

himm also common one

I wish you many more happy new years. --> Nice yillara

formal one ;D (send this to your boss or someone like boss)

Happy new year, with my most sincere wishes. --> Yeni yilinizi en içten dileklerimle kutluyorum.

//common one (1,2 is more common)
I wish you the best of everything in the new year. --> Yeni yilda her seyin en iyisi seninle (sizinle) olsun.

let me explain one thing is here:

Orjinal: Yeni yilda her seyin en iyisi seninle (sizinle) olsun.

More polite for 1 person or for more than 1 person : Yeni yilda her seyin en iyisi sizinle olsun.

for 1 person but informal: Yeni yilda her seyin en iyisi seninle olsun.

choose one!

Yeni yiliniz kutlu olsun! (common)

Yeni yilinizi en içten dileklerimle kutluyorum! (formal for boos etc is better :=))
