My try as a learner -

There are 3 types of close friends, the first is like bread, you will ask for (seek) them every day, the second is like medicine, you will seek them whenever necessary, the third is like a microbe, they will seek and find you.

If you want a detailed word for word translation, I will do this as well, but I need to correct the Turkish letters in the original, and it will take lots more time.

My first post has the full translation already

Üç çeşit dost vardır = There are three kinds of good friends/lovers

Birincisi ekmek gibidir = The first (kind) is like bread

her gün ararsın = every day you will seek (them)

İkincisi ilaç gibidir = The second (kind) is like medicine
