Performansım işte başlangıçta bu yıl karmakarışıkdı. Ama Allah Elhamdülillah benim için onu değiştirdi.

My performance at work was a mess at the beginning of the year. However, Elhamdülillah Allah changed it for me.

Thank you

To me this looks very good. I think: karmakarışıktı. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can provide feedback.

I think that translation is really enough and correct. However if you want to translate it more accurate you can translate it like this :

Bu yılın başında işteki performansım berbattı*. Ama Allah Elhamdülillah onu benim için değiştirdi.

*  "Performance being a mess" this phrase can be translated as : "Performansın kötü olması" or "Performansın berbat olması."

So using "berbat" or "kötü" would be more accurate with the word "performance"

To be honest sorry for my english if i couldn´t state what i was trying to . I am a native Turkish speaker by the way .
