does ütü keyfi means something about ironing perhaps?  I found the words alone but together I have no idea.

Absolutely the 2 words are related to each other when you use them together .

but keyfi doesn t mean arbitrary here .It is originally comes from the word keyif  which means bliss/happiness. but this word changes when you use it  as noun clouse.

It is actually ütü keyifi. So you can see that  it means ;  happiness of ironing.

But i am not sure if this  translation is right , does it make sense ?

there are some words missing in this clause.. i ve seen it in an advertisement of a different kind of ironing machine which you just hang the clothes on it and it does the ironing by itself with vapouring..

the correct sentence is: "el deðdirmeden ütü keyfi"

"the hapiness of ironing without even touching"

so the hapiness is not about ironing, but its about not even being have to do the ironing.. see?
