Female sea turtles lay their eggs on beaches. When an egg breaks a baby turtle comes out, baby turtles must run to the sea but it is not easy there are a lot of people around.

Is the difficulty that he is learning Turkish? or problems with the grammer? I assume that a grammatically correct restatment is sufficent and your request hasn´t been replied to . I am not a native speaker, but I am better at Turkish grammar than idomatically usual constructions. I think the spelling is all correct.
I have modified your English paragraph to what I think, is a normal Turkish equivalent. (That is I used all singular for consistency. I felt that an IF was implied)
(A) Female sea turtle lays her eggs on the beach. When an egg breaks a baby turtle comes out, baby turtles must run to the sea but it is not easy IF there are a lot of people around.
Diþi deniz kaplumbaðasý yamurtasýný kumsalada yamurtlamuþ. O zamanda, yamurtasýný kýrýlmýþ, bebek deniz kaplumbaðasý çýkmuþdur. Bebek kaplumbaða denize koþmali ama çok insanlar etrafindasa eðer için kolay deðildir.

Why did you alter the sentence? I assumed the child had been asked to translate the English into Turkish - now he won´t be translating the English sentences as he was given them. . And I would have said that just a full-stop was missing after ´easy´ - there are always a lot of people around!

Good point. I felt like the paragraph was making implying the impact of humans on sea turtles survival, but perhaps translating a diffrent paragraph would introduce some risk of being graded down. I was glad that some native speakers got involved.
