So I have just asked her "kızarmış ekmek ister misin?" to which I got the reply "evet lütfen".

But I then wanted to ask her if she wanted anything else. If I wanted to ask if she wanted anything I guess I could just say "her sey ister misin?" but how would I say "do you want anything besides toast?"

Might it be:
kızarmış ekmek de her sey ister misin?

Also how would I say "do you want anything else?":
daha her sey ister misin?

Başka / diğer bir şey ister misin?

Could that be it?

"Her şey" means everything by the way.

"Başka bir şey ister misin?" is correct. I wouldn't use 'diğer'.

for besides ve can use yanında:

Tostun yanında başka bir şey ister misin?

Kızarmış ekmeğin yanında başka bir şey ister misin?
