My first solo sentences - please excuse any mistakes and tell me about them and why! here goes......

Merhaba Herkes,
Benim adım Jo-Anne.
Ben Cheshire'de yaşıyorum. Eviyim. Kocam adı Anthony. Bir oğlum ve bir kızum.
Antalya'yı iyi biliyorum.çok seviyorum.Antalya'da doğa çok güzel.
OK it's not much but I am a mere beginner and have never attempted sentences of my own before. Alter as much as you like...I want to become as good as you all are.

Antalya'yı iyi tanıyorum (tanımak: to know well, to be acquainted with) . çok seviyorum. Antalya'da doğa çok güzel. (What exactly did you want to say with that last sentence? I guess it should be Antalya'nın doğası çok güzel

Tebrikler Jo-Anne. Çok iyi Türkçe konuşuyorusunuz.
edit:
"Antalya'nın doğası çok güzel" is of course better although the other version is also alright.
Tebrikler Elisa. Sizin de Türkçeniz bir yabancı için oldukça etkileyici düzeyde.

Hi Elisa...Thanks for that not as bad as I had thought. The last sentence was supposed to say..The countryside in Antalya is very beautiful.

Countryside is kır actually, doğa means nature.

Thanks Elsa, I am sure the other beginners will agree that learning the words is easy. Actually trying to make sentences is hard. We are lucky that you more experienced Turkish speakers are kind enough to take the time to help us. THANKS A LOT Jo-Anne
