You might want to get a book? There are some pretty good begginers guides with audio parts that I found pretty helpful at first...

I found learn Turkish in three months by HUGO, really helpful. You can get it cheaply on ebay or amazon. Also the Talk Now CD is very good aswell, but if you buy cheaply on ebay you need to find the codec on the net to use it! PM ifyou do and IL give it to you!

I find that very difficult how exactly did you get that down... I understand and everyone says thats the most important thing (getting the vowel harmony down) what did you do to learn?

İ believe aslan2 had explained it beautifully before,
You search here on language forum for a thread called vowel harmony,
And you will get it very well inşallah.
İf you have some questions about grammar, check the Forum too,you may find the answer there.

İ can explain it to you,but won't be as good as when aslan did,so better search it first, and if you need anything just ask .

Tabii ....but it might be difficult for you to try and pronounce the words if you have not heard them, but writing wise - sure!

I too am very new to learning Turkish language and was wondering about reading/media materials. The HUGO series looks very good but I cannot find Turkish language anywhere. I've looked on amazon, ebay and uk book sites. Does anyone know where else I might find this please?
