Maybe instead of "Seni hiç unutmadım , emin ol"

"Seni hiç unutmadığımı biliyorsun" could be used??

Tabii ,
But "Seni hiç unutmadım , emin ol"
almost giving same meaning too,not far from it.
Although "Seni hiç unutmadığımı biliyorsun" more accurate to the English sentence.
