the use of "ya"

"seni ozledim. ya, sen?"= I miss you.what about you?
other examples in order to better understand the use of "ya" would be highly appreciated!

Exclusive or:
ya x ya y -- either x or y
ya sen ya ben -- either you or I
-sen/-san ya (used to request or propose to do something)
gelsen ya -- how 'bout coming here, why don't come here?
phrase-final ya (added after a sentence with the meaning indeed, for sure)
geldi ya -- he indeed came. (I know it. I saw him come.)
gördün mü ya. -- Now you have seen it. You can't deny it.
öyle ya! -- yes indeed!
Exclamation
ya! -- ah indeed!; oh!; then!; so!; yes, of course!
For vocative case
Anne ya! or ya anne! -- hey mother!

it can also be used to say "you know".. not in every case though and not really literally.. look, ill give an example
"hani orhan geçen sene geldi ya?"
"you know orhan came last year..." (there is usually a continuation to sentences like this)
for example,
person 1. hani orhan geçen sene geldi ya?
person 2. evet ne oldu?
person 1. hee işte arkadaşımın arabasını çalmış!!
person 2. haydi ya!!
in this instance its usually used with "hani" at the beginning...
the 2nd "ya" used however, is used just for expression which is explained in the other post there

Add to the list:
yahu (from ya hu, usually said as yav, yaw) A very popular interjection. frequently heard in comedy films or series.
bu da geçer yahu! -- don't worry this will pass!
yahu dün niye gelmedin? -- why didn't you come yesterday? (reproachfully)

(as you can see, "ya" is used quite a lot!!)
