Whether its de or da depends on the vowel harmony.
After a ı o u -> DA
After e i ö ü -> DE
So it depends on what time your flight lands!
DE en DA can also change into TE and TA according to the benzeşme rules (the rules of a consonant becoming hard).
You should look at the harmony rules at the grammar section of this webpage as these rules are the fundaments of learning Turkish. All suffixes and verb conjugations will make you deal with the vowel and consonant harmony rules.
If you just text -de-, the receiver will definitely understand what you mean.
