Some of the questions they ask will be intrusive and personal. They will ask him about their sex life, what size bra she wears etc. They want to try and gauge how well he knows her and how much they genuinely love one another and are a true married couple. Clearly because so many turks marry only for a visa, the questions are very testing. He must remain very calm and answer the questions positively. If there is even the slightest hint of anger at the questions they will terminate the interview. The officers can basically ask any questions they like - no matter how intrusive they are because their brief is simple. Weed out the fakes!
He should have some kind of evidence of his contact with his wife and her family, letters photographs anything at all that is evidence of their relationship. Wedding photographs alone are not enough, they need everything they can think of to prove their continued, lasting and genuine relationship. If they have been emailing each other he should print off all of the emails to and from her, put them in chronological order and take them to show the officer. Likewise with letters. He should show evidence of how many times his wife has been to turkey to see the him and how much time they have spent together. Just about anything they can think of. They might look like mere formalities, but they are not - the standards of evidence are very high and he should take everything he has to prove their relationship (not just their marriage, emphasise this their WHOLE relationship) he must be prepared to answer all kinds of intimate questions without being offended or angry. He must know all kinds of intimate details about his wife, just like any genuine, loving husband who has been maintaining a long a lasting relationship with his wife. If you have a gf of your own or a close relationship, think of all the things you know about her and some and then you will have an idea of the questions they will ask.
