ARALIGIN 13 UNDE HASTANEYE YATIYORUM, SANA NIYE YATTIGIM HAKKINDA BIR E-MAIL GONDERSEM, HEMEN BAKABILIRMISIN, BURDAN YAZMAK COK UZUN SURECEK.

You got it right deli, that's correct. The only part's that "niye" means "why", not "when"

thank you both, its supposed to say:
"i'm going into hospital for an operation on the 13th december, if i send you an email explaining what i'm having done will you be able to read it soon? its hard to explain in a text"
i asked my friend for this translation which is the one you have just translate but she didnt reply for a long time so i asked on here aswell on got the one below, which is the best to use?
13 Kasım günü bir ameliyat için hastaneye gidecem, size ne yaptığıma dair bir e-mail gönderirsem, yazdıklarımı okuyabilecekmisiniz?? bunu bir yazıda anlatmak zor
