En çok neni seversin? (short what)
or
En çok neyini seversin? (long what)

First one is more correct but the second one more preferred by native speakers.

Or if we put it in a different way:
Sevdiğin yönlerin(or tarafların) nedir?
En sevdiğin yanın nedir?

yön means "direction", "way". yan, taraf they both mean "side". So literally
what are your ways (directions) which you like?
or
which side of yourself do you like?
or
in what ways do you like yourself?
