HAIKU

Drinking my tea
Without sugar-
No difference.

The sparrow shits
upside down
--ah! my brain & eggs

Mayan head in a
Pacific driftwood bole
--Someday I'll live in N.Y.

Looking over my shoulder
my behind was covered
with cherry blossoms.

Winter Haiku
I didn't know the names
of the flowers--now
my garden is gone.

I slapped the mosquito
and missed.
What made me do that?

Reading haiku
I am unhappy,
longing for the Nameless.

A frog floating
in the drugstore jar:
summer rain on grey pavements.
(after Shiki)

On the porch
in my shorts;
auto lights in the rain.

Another year
has past-the world
is no different.

The first thing I looked for
in my old garden was
The Cherry Tree.

My old desk:
the first thing I looked for
in my house.

My early journal:
the first thing I found
in my old desk.

My mother's ghost:
the first thing I found
in the living room.

I quit shaving
but the eyes that glanced at me
remained in the mirror.

The madman
emerges from the movies:
the street at lunchtime.

Cities of boys
are in their graves,
and in this town...

Lying on my side
in the void:
the breath in my nose.

On the fifteenth floor
the dog chews a bone-
Screech of taxicabs.

A hardon in New York,
a boy
in San Fransisco.

The moon over the roof,
worms in the garden.
I rent this house.

by Allen Ginsberg

Çayımı içiyorum
Şekersiz-
Fark yok

Şerçe sıçıyor
Başaşağı
--ah beynim ve yumurtalarım

Maya kafası
Pasifikte sürüklenen tomrukta
--Birgün N.Y.'da yaşacağım

omzumun üzerinden bakıyorum
arkama ki kaplanmış
kiraz ağaçlarıyla

Kış Haikusu
İsimlerini bilmiyordum
çiçeklerin--şimdiyse
bahçem yok artık

Sivrisineğe bir şaplak attım
ve kaçtı
bunu bana yaptıran ne ?

Haiku okuması
Mutsuzum,
Meçhulluk arzusu.

bir kurbağa yüzüyor
ecza kavanozunda:
yaz yağmuru gri kaplamalarda
(Shiki den sonra)

Verandada
donumun içinde;
araba farları yağmurda

Geçen bir yıl
daha - dünya
farklı değil

Aradığım ilk şey
bahçemde
Kiraz ağacıydı

Eski masam :
Aradığım ilk şey
Evimde

Sabah gazetem :
Bulduğum ilk şey
eski masamda

Annemin hayaleti:
Bulduğum ilk şey
oturma odamda

Traş olmayı bıraktım
ama bana bakan gözler
kaldı aynada

Delinin teki
filmlerden fırlar:
öğle vakti sokakta

Şehir çocukları
kendi mezarlarında
ve bu kasabada...

Uzanmış yatıyorum
boşlukta:
burnumda bir soluk

Onbeşinci katta
bir köpek kemik çiğnemekte
taksilerin fren sesleri

New York'ta sertleşme,
bir oğlan
San Fransisko'da

Damın üzerindeki mehtap
bahçedeki solucanlar
kiraladım bu evi

Hello, Chuvash
O my god, you made my day!
Thank you so much for this link, I just can't believe that, as poetry lover, I didn't know about this site before
Also thanks for reminding me at GREAT French poetry which I like soooooooo much.
And SPECIAL THANKS for Turkish translations, I don't see myself better way for learning Turkish but throughout poetry.

Well, since you already recomanded Ginsberg, I'm going to recommand to TC poetry lovers my favorite French poet, Jaques Prevert.
Enjoy it

The Garden

Thousands and thousands
Of years
Should never suffice
To tell of
The sweet moment of eternity
Where you kissed me
Where I kissed you
One moment in the light of winter
In Montsouris Park in Paris
In Paris
Upon this Earth
This Earth which is a star.

Morning Breakfast

He put the coffee
Into the cup
He put the milk
Into the cup of coffee
He put the sugar
Into the cafe au lait
With the little spoon
He stirred
He drank the coffee
And he replaced the cup
Without speaking to me
He lit
A cigarette
He made rings
With the smoke
He put the ashes
Into the ashtray
Without speaking to me
Without looking to me
He stood up
He put
His hat upon his head
He put
His raincoat on
Because it was raining
And he left
Without one word
And me I placed
My head in my hand
And I cried.

For You My Love

I went to the market of birds
And I bought birds
For you
my love
I went to the market of flowers
And I bought flowers
For you
my love
I went to the market of ironwork
And I bought chains
Heavy chains
For you
my love
And then I went to the market of slaves
And I searched for you
But I did not find you
My love.

Maybe someone could add Turkish translations for these poems
