I have found out one of my Turkish friends only finished the elementary school,and has worked since he was 13 years old, which made me a little shocked. But he said it was not unusual at that time (about 15 years ago)
What could have been the reason why he wasn't able to go any higher education?

Money? Maybe he needed to work to help supporting his family? Or no good secundary schools in the area?

and second ıs low education level of the family..and third..ıt related with some culture factors..

ın some areas of turkey..girls not go to the hıghschool...
