I would like to know if there is a system in Turkey for aggrieved employees to take their employers to Tribunal for such things as Unfair Dismissal, Breach of Contract, Discrimination, Harrassment etc etc

Good question! Can I add something? I heard some stories about employers refusing to give the employee a legal contract. What about that? Because without a legal contact there is no health insurance (SSK) as well, they told me.

As I deal with Employment Law in the UK I would really like to see the comparisions and if it is actually upheld. Second thoughts, I think I will search the internet instead.
