A good friend of mine was in a bus accident today in Turkey. Thank goodness he walked away from it with only minor injuries. They are not sure if the us driver will make it and some other passangers we injuerd severely. Will there be any reprecussions on the person who who hit the bus? Are the passangers allowed to sue for dammages, negligenc, (or in the drivers case and other passsangers ) hospital bills and even death? I am not sure on how your judicial system works.
