Can someone help me with the correct order of address for a special card here it is where it is address to:
Sağlık Bakanlığı bakırköy Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Egitim Araştırma Hastanesi

That's OK. "bakırköy" > "Bakırköy"

and add "Bakırköy / İstanbul, Türkiye"

BAKIRKÖY / İSTANBUL
TURKEY would be better.

hey i know this has absolutely nothing to do with ur request but is that address to health ministry bakirkoy(place)women birth/delivery and children
education and research hospital..

anotherwords is it a hospital specifically for women giving birth and children also dealing in research and training of staff????
