I'd have to agree with Kellie.... icy fruit smoothies are great when its hot out.

I usually blend ice with peaches,pears,strawberries,and blueberries.Sometimes I throw in a half a banana.

Some people mix with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.

Also cold rice pudding is nice.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie.
A delishiously satisfing, fruty drink that is perfect for any time of the day.

Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup of ice
splash of orange juice

Add al the ingridients in the Blender and mix until smooth.
Drink up!
You can leave the tops on the strawberries; that's were a lot of nutrients are.

Fast Fruit Sorbet

A healthy, refreshing dessert in seconds.
1 cup of your favorite frozen fruit
2-3 tablespoons water(or fruit juice)
Add ingridients to the Blender and blend until smooth.Serve.

Energy Coctail
This rich, energy drink is full of antioxidants and flavor.
The perfect blend to start your day.
2-3 chunks of watermelon
2 chunks of pineapple(ananas)
1 beet
a handful of fresh spinach
3-4 broccoli florettes
Add all ingridients into blender in the order they are listed.Blend and serve over ice.

Enjoy!!!
