Benim burnumburunum / mijn neus / my nose

Senin defterimelyazın / jouw handschrift / your handwriting

Senin kulağınm / jouw oor / your ear

Onların anneleriları / hun moeder / their mother(s)

Teşekkürler Aslan, for your corrections. Two of them (kulağın and anneleri ) I understand, my mistakes.

The one about nose I don't get, because in my homework and in my dictionary is the word burun. Why then burnum?

The one defterin (with an n of course) is maybe my translation mistake in English, not in Dutch. I found what I did wrong, indeed an English mistake because defter means exercise book, but in Dutch the word for this and for handwriting is the same. I have to use defter + possesive.

Can you explain these last two please?

Some organ names drop their second vowel when they are added suffixes that start with a vowel.

Burun, Burnum/Burnun/Burnu/Burnumuz/Burnunuz/Burunları
Ağız, Ağzım/Ağzın/Ağzı/Ağzımız/Ağzınız/Ağızları
Karın, Karnım/Karnın/Karnı/Karnımız/Karnınız/Karınları
Göğüs, Göğsüm/Göğsün/Göğsü/Göğsümüz/Göğsünüz/Göğüsleri
Alın, Alnım/Alnın/Alnı/Alnımız/Alnınız/Alınları
Koyun, Koynum/Koynun/Koynu/Koynumuz/Koynunuz/Koyunları
Boyun, Boynum/Boynun/Boynu/Boynumuz/Boynunuz/Boyunları
etc.

Defter = notebook
Elyazı = handwriting
benim elyazı-m
senin elyazı-n
onun elyazı-
bizim elyazı-mız
sizin elyazı-nız
onların elyazı-/elyazı-ları
