Türkçesi nasıl söylebilirim...?

I've just arrived.
I've just got(sth).

I think there is used kelime 'yeniden' but it doesn't make any sense to me.

turkcesini boyle soyleyebilirsin ....

ive just arrived= daha yeni geldim
iv just got (sth.)= (onu) daha yeni aldim
