It's Japanese  and it's a song recorded by the band Sixpence None the Richer, later, the band re-recorded "Kiss Me" with Japanese lyrics

Well they must have made a lot of money because the Grammy nominated song became the top airplay song in over 10 countries including Canada, the UK, Japan, Australia, and Israel!
