It should be very easy. In the least, if a picture is displayed on your pc screen, that means you have it. You can save it to disk (by capturing the screen to the clipboard) and edit it whatever way you like. I'm sure there should be some other ways as well.
When it comes to computer technology, anything is possible.

I was having a look at personal pictures today. On seeing some personal pictures I thought what a straight man with normal testosterone is supposed to do other than bombarding the owners of such pictures with messages.

Hahahahaha poor Qdemir  ! I can't help but agree with you. The ones with pictures of themselves in bikinis and with nicknames like "sexy-blonde-angel" are usually the FIRST to complain about spam!
The ones I really dont understand are when women post internet pictures of professional models instead of their own pictures? Why?
