My attempt,
İ changed my decision to the military service,i will go for a month on vacation, but i don't have my money you've sent to me,now i come,i love you,i'm serious your relation to me.
İ'm just bit confused about beni arayin,
Ara,means relation,arayın,your relation.
So beni arayın..your relation to me. doğru mu ?

I'll try:
I've changed my mind, I have a month before the army, I will come for a vacation but I don't have money, send me and I'll come immediately, call me, I'm serious.
CANLI- "aramak" means "to look for", "to ask for" used as "to call"
