Pap,
İ read that you try to learn,so this might help you
dokunuyorum..means Touching,
The verb is dokunmak to touch
Şimdiki zaman,just like the present progressive 'V.+ing'
Root verb + Iyor + the personal pronoun
Dokun + Iyor + Im
And the I before yor,change accourding to the vowel harmony.

was ( geçmiş zamanda / The Past Continuous Tense )
touching ( şimdiki zamanda / the Present Continuous Tense )
