First: enjoy your stay there and second: I don't know in what village your boyfriend lives but when I was there, many dolmuses in every direction were available.

You said 'travel around Batman', maybe I got you wrong I assumed you meant neighbouring villages. No, as far as I know there is one Batman but plenty of small villages around. But you probably meant 'in' Batman? Well, it's small town, so a lot you can walk and if not, in town dolmuses enough. Don't forget to go to Mado's for the delicious tatli!

ill try it hehe
well i mean, i need to travel into Batman and i am doing this by car from Antayla ((yes i know i heard the 'ohh'))
but once in Batman, i think i remember my boyfriend saying something about having to walk 1 hour to his home, but maybe that is because the bus didn't go everybodys home, and just stopped somewhere and people had to walk
i was really not looking foward to this, but now my mum and dad(he is kurdish) have said they will come with me, so it'll be a little better

Well, then he probably lives in the outskirts of Batman but I think there must be a dolmus in the nearby surroundings. And Batman I found safe to walk alone, though I was looked at as if being a Marsian.... lol lol

Also taxis are cheap in that region.

When we're with my family in law in Hakkari we always walk to the centrum but take a taxi back because it's uphill

Snow in Batman (and many other places) have cutting roads of the rest. Batman was yesterday morning without gas & electricity...
