"yürüme" is walking. "yürümüm" and "yürüntü" are not valid words.
"içme" is drinking, and also the name for natural places with water springs believed to be good for health. "içim" is something like the act of drinking, and "içinti" is not a valid word.

Suffixes in Turkish can be classified in two main groups.

The first one is the suffixes that don't alter the meaning of the word, but put the word into different form. Such suffixes are generic, like the -de suffix that adds the meaning of location to a noun. Among the suffixes you gave,

The second group is the suffixes that change the meaning of the word almost completely and make it a new word. For instance, kitap means book and kitaplık means bookshelf, a different entity than the book. These suffixes are not always generic, and the rules about these can't always be generalized. Like you can say "görüntü" but not "yürüntü".
