-dik -acak suffixes have a very strange usage.
While you use these suffixes, the tenses of the conjugated verb is indefinite or multiple.
But the tense of the verb of the main sentence determines their tenses automatically. But according to different stuations the tense intended may change.

Ali said that you had gone.
Ali gittiğini söyledi.

Ali said that he used to go to that school.
Ali o okula gittiğini söyledi.

I know that Ayşe plays voleyball everyday.
Ayşe'nin her gün voleybol oynadığını biliyorum.

I see you are coming.
Geldiğini (gelmekte olduğunu) görüyorum.

Do you know that I am him/her brother?
Onun erkek kardeşi olduğumu biliyor musun?

How did you find out that I would come?
Geleceğimi nerden bildin?

Bu yemeği yiyemeyeceğimi biliyorsun.
You know that I may not eat this food.

LOOK!THE TENSES ARE DIFFERENT.BUT THE SAME SUFFIXES.
