need a bit of help with emir kipi

olumlu emir kipi... positive command question
o gitsin mi?...is he going?
onlar gitsinler mi?...are they going?

olumsuz soru emir kipi...negative command question
o gitmesin mi?...is he not going?
onlar gitmesinler mi?...are they not going?

could i have some input on this??? have i written these statements correctly?

o gitsin = let him go
o gitsin mi?
- should he go?
- or do you think he should go?
- or do you order that he go?
- or do you want him to go?
- etc.
It all depends on the context.

similarly:
o gitmesin = don't let him go
o gitmesin mi?
- shouldn't he go?
- or do you think he should not go?
- or do you order that he not go?
- or do you want him not to go?
- etc.
It all depends on the context.

similarly:
onlar gitsinler mi?
- should they go?
- or do you think they should go?
- or do you order that they go?
- or do you want them to go?
- etc.

onlar gitmesinler mi?
- shouldn't they go?
- or do you think they should not go?
- or do you order that they not go?
- or do you want them not to go?
- etc.
